We loved the Spanish-style building and the well-organised, spacious room with 3 beds. The location was fantastic, near a restaurant with great service and close to the Santander ferry, the Algarve, and the ferry port.

As we are frequent visitors to the Hotel we love it. We travel backwards and forwards from Portugal often, and always look forward to our overnight stay. Our room is always perfect, this time it was even more so, we also had a table and two chairs which made the room even more comfortable, The bathroom was much bigger than normal, and as usual it was spotlessly clean. The hotel is on our route so no detours. Perfect. Thankyou

The comfort and sharing of the room.
CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM:. One of the bathroom glasses inside its cover (supposedly sterilized but not really closed bags either) was full of marks and dirt from a previous use. The other glass was also dirty. That means that whoever cleans them after use (I'm afraid he does it on site and by hand) leaves them wrapped up as if such a thing again . It is not acceptable for the person who does it, and even less so for the person who supervises it. Let's remember that to sterilize a glass you have to subject it to a very high temperature (dishwasher) that is not given by a sink, obviously. . This would mean, for example, putting really washed glasses in the cleaning trolley and replacing them with used ones that would later go into the dishwasher in their respective area. Never do a superficial wash in the room as I bet it is done to speed up (and even less put that are sanitized in the plastic cover). And if not, as easy as putting them in a disposable bag and that's it. The person who checks rooms should see these details since it is something very unpleasant and it notably reduces the seriousness of their work or of the hotel itself. It seems silly but it is something essential. Another topic, the most cheerful and close night receptionist. The one who checked us out was quite dry.

This was my 5th stay at this hotel. For me it is in an excellent position near the motor way from north Spain to the south. The hotel offers large, comfortable rooms which are very clean and sound proof. There is also a very good restaurant and good parking facilities.
